How do I create my first visual schedule?

Open My Schedules and tap the plus button. Add items, give the schedule a title, and tap save to create it.

How do I add or change images for items?

Tap an item’s image placeholder to open the image picker. You can search the built-in library or scroll through the full list. As you type an item’s title, Tailored Pics will also suggest an image automatically.

Can I use my own photos?

Not yet. Right now, schedules use the built-in image library. If you’re missing something, go to Settings > Feedback > Suggest an Image and tell us what you need.

How do I check off items?

Enable check-off styles in a schedule’s Pro Settings, then tap items in the schedule to mark them complete. Styles include checkmark, star, gray out, strike-through, and hide.

How do I lock editing on a schedule?

Open a schedule, tap Options, and choose Lock Editing. Set your lock type in Settings > Visual Schedules > Editing Lock (PIN, Face ID/Touch ID, or a math challenge).

How does Guided Access affect editing?

If you use Guided Access, Tailored Pics can lock editing or lock the schedule view while Guided Access is active. Configure this in Settings > Accessibility, then enable Guided Access in iOS Settings.

How do I print a visual schedule?

Print from the schedule list (swipe a schedule and tap Print) or from inside a schedule using Options > Print. Printing requires Tailored Pics Pro and an AirPrint-compatible printer.

Is my data synced across devices?

Not yet. Schedules are stored on your device, but you can move them using Settings > Data Backup to export a .tailoredPics file and import it on another device.

What’s included with Tailored Pics Pro?

Pro unlocks more than 3 schedules, printing, item position numbers, and multiple check-off styles.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open Settings > Subscription Center in the app, or manage your plan in iOS Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions.
